Money is tight these days and I certainly wouldnt want to spend mine on a place where hassling guests seems to be the new norm. To taint the QM's reputation by mistreating guests is definately a tragedy, and is very much unprofessional. Peaches, I and another lady from our group had turned in for the night after the nights investigation and heard the people in the next room really going at it with the nocturnal intimacy! It was so loud they might as well have been in the same room! The way the security guard treated you guys was rude and offensive and I hope he gets fired! The management company has got to change their practices of the way they treat people... I stand behind you on all this and I will not visit the Queen Mary until I hear that the changes have been made. Needless to say they were pissed and the investigation ended there. They could not reveal anything because the investigation was contaminated and anything could be questioned as a fake.
